Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a charge half of the service rate.

What should I do with my personal belongings?
We ask that you remove all valuable items. We will put the items left behind in a box/bag.
Make It Shine assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value, please call us immediately and we will assist you in locating your item.
Can I wait at your shop for my vehicle?
We suggest someone follow you when you drop off your vehicle because of the time we need to make it shine. However, we do have a waiting room.
Is it necessary to make an appointment?
We suggest you make an appointment so you are guaranteed to get your car detailed when it’s best for you. However, we will try to accommodate whenever possible.
Is there ever an extra Fee?
We do charge more for excessive pet hair and dirt. This will be discussed with you at the time your drop your vehicle off.
